Frank Tieleman
Mr. Frank Tieleman, our dedicated President at Adopt an Addict, is a passionate advocate for community service, embodying the spirit of altruism that defines our organizations mission. His voluntary commitment stems from a deep-seated desire to give back to the community, and he tirelessly works towards creating a positive impact in the lives of those we serve. Frank is also the Owner and Managing Director of Tieleman's Machines NV, Coffee Break Chubato, and Beer World, bringing a wealth of entrepreneurial experience and leadership to his role.

Mrs. Audrey Lacle, the beloved founder and passionate advocate, is the heart and soul of our non-profit organization, Adopt an Addict. With an unwavering dedication to our cause, Audrey has been a guiding force in our mission to help individuals struggling with addiction find hope and support. Additionally, she is the owner of Maggys in Aruba, adding a personal touch to her commitment and further enriching the diverse contributions she brings to our organization.

Armed with a background in economics, Nivia brings financial acumen and a compassionate spirit to her role. Choosing to become a volunteer, Nivia embodies the transformative power of altruism. For her, the decision to contribute is more than a duty; it's a source of fulfillment, satisfaction, and personal well-being.

Mrs. Eveline Arends makes a significant impact as a devoted board member and volunteer, Eveline brings her passion and expertise as a teacher with a masters degree in pedagogy to the heart of our mission. For Eveline, the motivation to volunteer is deeply rooted in "Empathy and Compassion." After witnessing the struggles and challenges faced by family members of people with addiction, she developed an elevated sense of empathy and compassion. This emotional connection has driven Eveline to support others on their journey to recovery.

Armed with an Associates Degree in Personal Management & Hotel & Tourism Management, Anouk's journey with volunteering spans over a decade. For Anouk, the motivation to contribute to Adopt an Addict is deeply personal. Hailing from a family ingrained in volunteerism, she is driven by a desire to continue this tradition, particularly with our organization. The cause is close to her heart, as she tragically lost a beloved cousin to substance abuse. Despite the inherent challenges, Anouk finds inspiration in the transformative impact of recovery.

With a Bachelor's degree in Organization, Governance, and Management, Marianyela brings fresh perspectives and youthful energy to our team. Marianyela's motivation to volunteer is deeply rooted in her keen observation of the pressing needs within the Aruban community. Recognizing the significant social issues that challenge her homeland, she felt compelled to take action and be a source of assistance for her fellow community members. For Marianyela, the joy derived from helping others is a driving force, making her commitment to volunteerism both altruistic and personally fulfilling.
